Why Mahsool
Every season is a named crop on a named plot. You can see exactly what your money is growing.
Pick a short season to see results sooner, or a longer one for a bigger expected share.
Photos from the plot as the season moves, and every pound of spend against the budget.
Mahsool earns only out of a profit that has already been paid to you.
How it works

The Invest tab greets you by name and lists the seasons open right now, closing soonest first. Each card shows the crop, the farm and its location, the share price and how long the season runs.

Open a season to see its full page: a large photo of the crop, the farm behind it, how many shares are taken, the share price, and the details of the crop, the plot and the duration.

Choose how many shares you want with a simple plus and minus. The screen shows how many shares are still available and adds up your total before you continue.
Real screens from the Mahsool app.
Pick your season
Short term
100–120
days in the ground
Lower expected return
Vegetables and melons that go from seed to sale in a single season. The fastest way to see how Mahsool works.
Mid term
1–2
years
Balanced expected return
Longer crops and back-to-back seasons: more time in the field for a bigger expected share.
Long term
3+
years
Highest expected return
Orchards and date palms that take years to mature. Patient money, with the highest expected share.
An expected return is an estimate, not a promise: a weaker harvest means a smaller profit. Every season is insured, so if a crop fails you still get your capital back.
Questions
You help fund what a season costs: seed, water, fertiliser and labour. When the crop is sold, the profit is split between investors and the farm by a ratio fixed before you invest. Your part is paid in proportion to the shares you hold.
A weaker harvest means a smaller profit share. If a crop fails, the season’s insurance covers it, so you get at least your capital back. Every season shows its expected return and its insurance cover before you commit, and Mahsool earns only when you do.
Until the season is sold and settled, from around 100 days for a short crop to several years for orchards. You choose the length before you invest.
You buy shares in a season rather than a whole farm, so you can start with a single share. Share prices vary by season and will be shown in the app.
